The architectural endeavor at the intersection of Division Street and N Western Avenue (Chicago) stands as a testament to the vibrant culture and community spirit of Puerto Rico. Envisioned with deep respect for the cultural heritage of Puerto Rico, the project harmoniously integrates a 4-storey Innovation Center, a 3-storey Cultural Center, and a 12-storey mixed-use residential building with retail spaces on the ground floor.

Innovation and Collaboration
At the heart of the intersection lies the Innovation Center, a dynamic space designed to nurture creativity and entrepreneurship within the Puerto Rican community. With collaborative workspaces and state-of-the-art facilities, the Innovation Center encourages cross-disciplinary exchange and the exploration of new ideas.
Cultural Integration
The design ethos of our project is rooted in the rich cultural tapestry of Puerto Rico. Every aspect of the architecture pays homage to the community's heritage. The Cultural Center serves as a hub for showcasing Puerto Rican art, music, dance, and cuisine, fostering a sense of pride and belonging among the community.
Residential
Above the bustling streets, the mixed-use residential building offers a sanctuary for residents to call home. Each apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize natural light and ventilation, with panoramic views of the surrounding neighborhood and the skyline of Chicago. The integration of green spaces throughout the building fosters a sense of connection with nature, promoting well-being and sustainability.
